Freakin' poser "Hardly Dangerous" riders should tone down their noisy junk. I'm not happy about their noise and wonder why they aren't ticketed for it.

I don't buy into the argument for justifying the loud pipes for reasons of safety either. They want to be safe, the freakin' posers should park their scooters and drive their minivans instead.
