Go on Craigslist, you can find a rideable bike for something under $50. As long as it isn't horribly rusted and is the right size for you, you can bring it to a shop and get it tuned up for another $40 or so. Will you have the best bike on the block? No, but it'll kick the hell out of any Target bike.
