I guess I didn't ask Tony when I ordered mine, but the standard thing (these days at least) is decals under the clearcoat on IROs.

I imagine that he'd have to special order 'em from the factory like that, or otherwise anticipate some sort of demand from the buying public....which I could also imagine.
