Now you might want to think that everyone who is doping in the peloton happened to be using the same doctor and so would get implicated in Puerto, but I would suggest that that is an unreasonable position to take. Much more likely, is that even those were were implicated but set free due to lack of evidence are actually guilty, and they just got off due to lack of evidence, just like all the cyclists who happen to use other doctors, or wing it on their own, and, so, did not get implicated in Puerto. Have you seen Tyler's latest diary entry? Enough to make you vomit. http://www.tylerhamilton.com
Guess I'll just have to refer you back to my original post, then. If the test doesn't determine innocence, then who does? You? Your point is that the test is pointless and that those who passed it are actually guilty (or as you like to qualify it "much more likely" to be guilty). Can you not see the Orwellian aspects of your rationale? No one is ever innocent, and passing a test means nothing. Well what the hell does mean anything? And again, if you are going to take cycnicism to that level, why would you even have an interest in pro cycling? The protocols being set forth by the ruling bodies don't even show any pretense of complying with their own ethical standards.

Sophistry.
