ive never been to bogota, i have alot of friends form there. I am Ecuadorian and alot of the traditions and values are the same. Have fun there. Try and stay off the streets at night alone, cops are crooked and there are theives. But seriously, it just takes common sense to get around. Most of the kidnappings are of children i do believe. The adults who are kidnapped usually have wealthy family there that are known and targetted. They dont usually kidnap you if you just have light skin and blonde hair.. south americans come in every color.. there are white, brown, black and lots of native asian too. There are profiles they keep, i mean unless your driving around a ****** car.
