simple question about bottom brackets
Hey,
I'm upgrading an old road bike to a triple crank so I can pull my daughter in her trailer up steep hills that would otherwise kill me.
The question is ... if I order a triple crankset, do I need to take any special precautions to make sure it fits my bottom bracket? Are there different sizes, or do bb come with standard connections to the crankset? I may have to get a new bottom bracket, since the bike is from the 80s (BRC) and I don't know if the BB will be compatible.
