You can just buy replacemtn tektro road shoes (dura ace/105 compatible), and then get new pads with them (for example kool stops). Other generic replacement pads for these are cheap, like $2 for a set of Jagwires.

Kool stop/other manufacturuers produce campy specific replacement pads as well.
