Hey guys!

I am building my 04 Hardrock Pro frames with XT wheelsets, 8spd Alivio and Deore drivetrain with Sram Rocket sifters and disc brakes (still looking for a set) and i was wondering, is it possible to slam on a mini TT bar with Sora 24 STI sifters on my bike? I've seen a Louis Garnaeu MV-5 with dropbar (a minivelo with a drop bar and disc brakes!) and C'dale F-series with dropbar, but those are 9spds.
My question, is Sora 24spd shifters compatible with Deore derailers and HG-50 8spd Mtn. casette?
