I ride Mavic Ksyrium SL's on one bike and ES's on another. The most durable high quality wheels I've ever experienced in 20+ years. Perfectly comfortable ride, no discernable difference in ride between the two. To me all this talk about wheels impacting ride seems overblown. I've never noticed much difference between wheels. Frames yes. Wheels no.
