Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I believe Ritchey makes an adjustable road stem so you can set the bars where you want them. BTW, if you are running an up-angle stem and the bars are still that far below the seat, I believe the frame is way too small for you.
