Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

The most efficient way to fix this is to take a small flat file and widen the slot in the brake arms by the required .4 mm. That way you can use Shimano, Tektro or Koolstop pad holders. The Koolstop and "10-speed" Shimano holders have toe-in adjustments.
