Bikes: Specialized Allez Pro, Trek 2300, Specialized Rockhopper, Cervelo P2SL

If you do triathlons, then you time trial too...just warm up with a swim and cool down with a run.

I would be interested if you have any tips or strategies for time trialing though? The only difference I would see is that in a straight up time trial you wouldn't have such a high heart rate starting out and would go faster because there is no run after you finish.

I am sure any conversation concerning time trialing most triathletes would have an interest in. Post away!
