i think the soma double cross would be considered an all purpose bike; most CX frames i'm familiar with are essentiall road bikes with cantis and clearance for mud. some of them don't even have bottle braze ons! let alone mounts for racks. still i like the soma line; i'd consider buying one if i were in need of that type of thing...
doesn't urbane have a touring / crossish frame available?
