Well, first I dont want to imply any wrong doing yet. Im just wondering what might be an acceptable limit past the time promised. I ordered a 15" Rockhopper Comp Disc on 7-22. I was told it would be 1 month till it gets here, although the guy said since its Specialized he would give them an extra 2 weeks. Its past that already by a week and a half. I emailed the shop Saturday (8-09) asking if they could find something out. They said they would do it Monday (11th) and let me know. Ive heard nothing...That was the first time Ive asked anything of the status of the order. This Saturday will make 3 calender weeks over due with seemingly no interaction at all. I will send 1 more email, and if I get nothing back Ill go in person and cancel the order I guess.
Just in case i have to cancel, what else is comparable to a Rockhopper for $1000.00 if I cant find another dealer that sells them? Thanks, really!
