OK,

You may remember my thread about trying to decide over a CAAD8 or Felt F1 on ebay...Cannondale sold before I got enough input.

Today, I tried to contact the owner and get more info an better pictures...well he finally came through after I emailed that I would bid conditionally, depending on the pictures.

Now, is this bike just really dirty...or are the components in as bad a shape as i think?

I'll offer to pay the reposting fee if I don't buy the bike, but I REALLY need your expert input!!!

is this bike worth $975 + $90 shipping?
