Yeah, I find that hard to believe too. Probably someone who just cant stand the popularity, and cult following that Brooks has, and is trying to defame it.
That said, I am truly in love with my Brooks 'Pro'. Had it about a year and a half, with over 3000 miles on it. My next one is going to be a B-17 for my commuter bike.
