The frame is a little dusty around the headtube. The scuffing on the crank is normal when people wear booties in cold weather, and the rest of the components look fine with a few nicks or scratches, etc.

You have to understand, this bike is used, not new. Even bikes that are listed in like new condition still have a certain amount of wear and tear on them. It's normal. If you want to be assured the bike is like new, then it's usually best to buy a brand new one.
