I get the feeling your not happy?
We didnt mean to make you unhappy,we were just chating aboutBicycle related issues.
It would be kinda nice to have some one like you hang around and let us know when were wrong.
I aggree about the opinions and facts part.

But if you see somthing you know for a fact is wrong how about helpings us out and setting the facts straight

Thanks for your reply. I did read his post, if you look at the first line of the post he asks "Are bicycles vehicles? Or are bicycles something else-- something in between a vehicle and a pedestrian?"

yes later he asks what you are saying is "1)" but if you answer the first question he asks it answers all the rest. so 1) as you state...is a none issue/question.

Not happy is not an issue and not sure what you mean by that. Do I like to see cyclists not understand facts....No... I don't. I also don't like to see motorists not understanding the facts. I would like to see cyclists try and rise above the motorists and know the laws. If people here would read Velonews legal column and learn the law they would be better off.

Riders should goggle their state statutes and learn what a bike is in their state.

I too am just chatting about cycling related issues.

Cheers,
