Agreed! There is value in going either way. I am listening to hair band rock right now and that always puts me into a mood where speed is king.

On a side note. I don't personally put a lot of stock into the "buy an upgradeable frame" mentality. From the market prices I have been watching, it seems far cheaper to pick up a nice frame down the road than to pick up an upgrade component set. In that light, it seems more reasonable for someone buying a new bike to make a bikedirect purchase of nice components and a questionable frame with the intention of upgrading the frame at a later date than the other way around.
