I'm 6'-4", 240 lbs. I only were custom fit jerseys. I know this sounds expensive, but really it's not. I use a nice lady named Dorothy Young. Here's her web site:

The web site is not very good, but just go to the ordering page and print out the measurement sheet. Then give her a call. My jerseys are just a solid color with black around the sleeves and neck. They have about a 12" zipper and three pockets in the rear, all custom fit to me. I think they were around $35.
