Well, the price alone would qualify this seller as a numbskull, but then there's this claim for his 1979 Raleigh DL1: "It is one of the fastest bicycles I've ever owned and I've beat many racing pros on the road riding ten speeds! I've cared for this bicycle very nicely. Don't let the looks of the basic touring bike deceive you - She is fast!"

Yeah, when I think "fast bike," I think rod brake 3-speed with 28" wheels. Yeah.
