For odd items like that, I just go to my LBS, they can order pretty much anything.......And it does seem like I need a lot of "odd" items , the younger guys in the shop usually go and hide when they see me coming, because half the time they don't know what I'm talking about when I tell them what I need. There was a specific road brake lever (aero type) I wanted to order not long ago, and the young guy helping me could not figure out that what I wanted was a road brake lever that didn't also have the shifter mechanism built into it. I just patiently explained........
