I would say #1 is the real, original Fred.

I actually like Fred. He’s typically just a nice guy rollin’ along enjoying the great outdoors. He’s well marked, is no threat, and easy enough to avoid.

#2 is what scares me. They threaten my life in pacelines and group rides.

What do I call him, (other than a..)?
