Patience is a virtue. My problem is the opposite: I'm a younger guy, and I always get these older guys who don't know either, but instead of realizing I know more than they do, they usually stare at me like I'm an idiot while I'm trying to "patiently" explain. It often takes my turning to multiple other shop workers and usually the head mech. or owner before someone actually takes me seriously. I just wish there were a separation between a bike shop and a bike store. Like auto shops and auto dealers. I would really appreciate that.
