Wow, Roadie, that sucks. Poor baby!

I was thinking the same thin about the arm bike. And will you be able to at least use a stationary bike with your foot in a cast or whatever?

It's no fun, but when I broke my arm last year I found using the stationary was a good opportunity to litend to all those DVD commentary tracks I usually skip.

I'm sure you'll be OK with those stents -- you have those new-fangled ones that chemically inhibit restenosis, right? Even my five ancient ones (1995-97 vintage) have continued to do the job perfectly well.

I don't have to tell you how important it is to stay active, despite all these setbacks -- particularly now when you're still in the first year after your cardiac events.

Still, any time you need more sympathy, post again. You'll have to bring your own tea, though.
