Not sure. I just did a quick search and it looks like Bioshield makes a bunch of products.
The JP Weigle (sp?) Frame saver product is made to spray in your tubes of your bike. Then you rotate the frame and it coats everything. When it dries it becomes like a thick, resin type coating. A can costs around $10 and will do several frames. I just did two frames with the can I have and I had already done one in the past. I've still got a little left over. In a pinch once, I got a product made by the makers of Naval Jelly. Similar stuff, but you could tell it did not dry with nearly as thick of a coating and I don't think it would protect nearly as well.
