You guys are going to be so jealous! 65 degrees, sunny, with a light breeze. Working 2nd shift I leave the house at 1:30 in the afternoon. Living on the edge of town I head out to the long, lonely country roads. Since this is amishland, the folks you see tend to smile and wave with all their fingers. On my 15 mile ride to work, I may get passed by a dozen or so motor vehicles. Felt pretty good today so I worked up those few small hills we have here in northern Indiana. Pulling into the railroad yard down the private 2 mile drive is a great way to cool down. I ride right into the garage area and to my workbench where I park my trusty steed. Tonights ride home at 11:00 will be even better. Even less traffic and all the crickets sing that I am a cycling god (that's what I hear anyway) all the way home. Night riding is a HOOT!! You guys who work hard, and have to put up with all the traffic, my hat's off to ya. I GOT MADE!!!
