i love my vivalo. nice lugs, nice track ends, solid bike altogether. i know almost nothing about the builder but from riding the frame i know it is well made. with keirin you know it is quality, i'd say base your decision on angels and dropout width. if i hadn't bought hubs from eframebank i'd be pissed about the 110 spacing. this is my bike, sorry but it's the best shot i have.
