There are normally a few posts on here asking about starting to use clipless pedals, but who's gone the other way?

I have barely ridden on flats (literally less than 5 miles) for well over a year, and when my friend lent me his GT with V12s on it a few days ago, I couldn't keep my feet on the pedals. It wasn't too bad on the downhills, but going uphill I was subconciously pulling up, losing contact with the pedals and stalling my climb.

I think I need to learn to ride a bike all over again.
