We had a little dog rush our group about 2 months ago. He really wasn't much of a threat. To make things worse he go hit by an oncoming car as he approached our group. It was a horrible sight. We all stopped and someone picked up the dog and got the owner. It angers me that people let their dogs out with no regard for the safety of the pet or others.
