Sorry I just have to point out a slight error in my first post my front chainring is only 48 not 58 so its probably more like 50 anyway and i just miscounted. sorry bout that.

Can I just point out that I go 30KILOMETRES Per hour Not MILES. I would have no complaints if I could go 30Miles as a constant speed. Oh and theres nothing wrong with my technique, only my typing
