Thanks pheard I think I'm going to buy that parktool. and a cassette tool while I'm at it. And to answer John Galt... I havent really noticed anything wrong with it aside from the bearings looking cheap but I have a better one so I figure I should put it on. with that tool I shall do so. I'll just cut the fork tonight and remove that spacer.
