yeah the fine fine grade so it doesn't gouge the **** out of your bars, though if you're powdercoating them it doesn't matter. i'd slap some paint thinner (white spirit or turps) on first. don't even need actual stripper, though if you have some rock miracle or jasco around just wipe it on and then wipe that rattlecan stuff off with a rag. real easy fix for your moment of madness
