That looks nice. Unless they're noticeably floppy, I wouldn't bother replacing the cranks. they look alright, and that kinda money would probably be better spent towards wheels. not that there is anything wrong with Formula hubs. Sounds like most of the changes you want to make except the bars are for aesthetic reasons. I can appreciate that, says the man with the green chopped Brooks.

edit: I looked at the pictures of your bike, and there is no way a supertype seatpost is going to be long enough. actually there is no way a standard 250mm seatpost would be long enough. looks like you need at least a 350mm post. also that post has zero setback, and you've got the seat all the way forward, so any setback post is going to move your seat back from where you have it now.
