I have all of the cables & houseings replaced & all of the bearings cleaned & regreased & what ever else needs to be replaced. I also have the inside of my frame sprayed with frame saver. Why are you waiting 5 yrs to regrease your bearings and change cables?
Why are you not doing this work yourself?
