Bikes: Schwinn Empire XL

Oat meal and Peanut butter about 1 hour before you ride. And a banna just before you ride. Also eat before you go to bed. The energy will be ready for you in the morning. What you eat right before the ride is for after the ride. Also after the ride a energy bar to help you recover.
