That's the biggest pile of **** I've ever heard given picture number 4. It's not only ****ty they sent you an email with that tone, but it's ****ty they couldn't cop to making this mistake, which it seems couldn't possibly be an issue with the frame as it came into the shop. Excuses, plain and simple.
