I would just like to bump up this li'l ol' thread to reiterate the goodness of this OBS. One of the items I ordered from them isn't in stock, and I received good ol' LBS-style service from them (a phone call rather than an email msg, checking with a distributor without being asked to do so, offers to remedy the situation in whatever manner worked best for me, &c.) despite the fact that I am the better part of a continent away from them. Awesome.
