today topped it all. 6 kids no older then 10 sitting on a bench and standing in the middle of MUP, 1 kid, maybe 8-9 y.o., actually makes eye contact with me, steps in FRONT of me as im about 10 feet away while doing 16-17, stands there, hands extended like he's going to catch my bike, i lock up the brakes front and rear, his dad is behind him, the freaking punk ass just laughs and i go around him yelling at him. he still just laughs, his dad was behind him, and said nothing. what a tard.. moreso that kid would've wound up a tard had i not stopped in time. i don't understand some peoples kids
