You should have been at the Type III Invasion this July! We had 20+ cars on a cruise to Crater Lake, and by the time the car show hit, there were about 50. It ruled. I gave the thumbs up to some cyclists climbing the mountain who seemed appreciative.



I would own a newer VW, but after driving three Chevy's for my first three cars, I had enough of the constant repairs and opted for the Honda. (Try admitting that in a VW club...)

Thats a nice looking GTi! Are you bummed that the new models look super bad ass? I feel sorry for all those that paid a ton of money for the sR32 only to have them look outdated a year later.

My next car will hopefully be all electric (see the Tesla Roadster) or a 150+ mpg bio diesel vehicle (see the Loremo, which was designed by an avid cyclist in Germany)
