as far as stories, i am typing this right now while having my left leg bent continuously for 6 hours a day by a 40 lb machine as a result of a bike accident 3 months ago (completely destroyed my knee -- tore three ligaments to various degrees, damaged the meniscus, bruised bones, just got surgery last week).
