The frames come from ADK Technology in Taiwan and comes in several sizes.

Measured at the seat tube the sizes are; 50/53/55/58/61CM(C-T). Apparently the frame comes in two styles, a 3K and 12K weave. They differentiate each by using a tight outer cosmetic weave on the 3K and a larger weave on the 12K.

It appears that Pedal Force will not be the only ones selling this frameset. I am also told that the 12K is slightly heavier than the 3K. It also appears that there are two model designations from ADK, there is the AKFM03 and the AKFM03SL. I could not find anything that would describe the difference between the two models. Looking over ADKs product info (which is extremely limited) it does not appear that they were the supplier for the QS2 or Fusion framesets. Right now this is all I have been able to find out about the QS2-S other than what has already been posted in other threads.
Here is a shot of it before the new seat and tires went on: I'll take some tonight with the new gear on.

Speedplay Zero pedals
Rear Wheel: Velocity Aerohead OC rim, Speedcific hub
