- Make sure you are also well hydrated the night before. Drink a few extra cups of water throughout the day before, so that you are peeing lots.
do NOT do that. all you'll do is leach precious eloctrolytes into your urine. just drink normally.

i plan on eating snickers bars
why would you want to do something healthy like cycling while dumping junk food in your system?
