Start back slowly- coming back from an illness wipes you out a bit- your fitness has most likely decreased a little, so you'll have to scale it back and rebuild your fitness. That's about the only thing I could suggest for you- no tonics or magic solutions, just rest and do easy workouts and gradually build up the intensity of your workouts as you begin to feel a bit stronger.
