Well lately I have managed to cut it down from 5 to 3 every morning. I'm able to resist all of the other unhealthy foods that place serves but the donuts just keep calling me. It's actually been a battle I've been fighting for years.

A big factor in this is work related stress. I don't crave donuts on the weekends or from any other donut place, it's only when I'm at work. In the weeks that I have been able to go without eating them I usually loose 5 to 10 Lbs. But then the work stress builds back up and I fall off the wagon and start in on the donuts again. If it were not for my cycling I would probably weigh 350 -400 Lbs like most of the other employees in the building. And no that is not an exaggeration. I've never worked around so many obese people before I came here!
