As far as the bringing my own snacks goes, I've been doing that for years. That's how I avoid eating the greasy food from the snack bar. I bring all of my veggies, fruits and nuts to snack on as well as my lunch (usually grilled buffalo or chicken and a mixed green salad). On the days that I fall off the wagon and go for the donuts I still eat my healthy food but by then the damage is already done.
I think I may start looking for a reputable hypnotist to see what all is involved. Do you have any suggestions for determining who is qualified?
