I have a very old ladies Phillips, I don't know how old but it appears to be pre-1960-raleigh-buyout. "Made in Birmingham" has oil cap on bottom bracket, very rough no wheels but has fenders and handlebars still - and has the covetted "Phillips" script chainwheel (very cool) Would trade towards another bike (Columbias are always welcome) or for parts - anybody have a front basket? or a dynamo light set?
