I can see a(one) mistake, it happens, but that is crazy. The cranks makes no sense, we get them free and get a couple of bucks for putting them on, AND similar cranks would retail for $30 plus maybe $10-12 to install. How could you pull a quill stem and not notice the wedge missing? They must have had the fireball do your bike, I hardly let my new guys do tubes, much less true wheels(I don't let anybody that cannot build a wheel, true a customers wheel) Sorry
