Thanks again for the help measurement-wise. What are some things to look for used-wise? Are particular types of steel (hi-ten/chrmo/etc.) better/worse than others? I've already got some tires, bars, brake levers (I know people feel different ways about brakes, I just have to have them,) brakes, and I'm thinking I might just build one up as a project, too.
