I eventually want to go to Hawaii and think biking around the islands would be a great way to go. Ultimately I would like to go for a month and visit Maui, the big island, Kauai, and Oahu.

Once I get to there are there any options to get between the island besides flying? Any water transportation options, it would seem easier than repacking the bike?

If I do fly inter-island do you have to totally re-box the bike & gear or is there an easier option?

What camping opportunities are there on the islands? I would prefer to camp most of the time, any stealth camping options?
